2009-2010 Chapter Educators - Greg and Cassima Dean
I grew up on motorcycles, my first bike was mini bike when I was 8. Then I acquired a Yamaha GT80 and continued from there.. My favorite bike is my black 83 V65 Magna that I currently still own along with an older 87 black and silver GL1200 but ride the 06 white GL1800 the majority of the time. Cassima has a Kawasaki Vulcan750 that she rides when not on the back of the Wing with me. We are the 2009, Couple of the Year and feel that it is an honor to represent Chapter R. We know that education and safety are important and promote these areas as well as just wanting to have fun.

Phil and Julie served proudly as our Chapter Educators and proved that Chapter R was up to the challenge of riding for safety and knowledge.

2002 Chapter Educators - Mike Odle
Mike Odle assumed R Chapter Educator role as Chris & Shirley stepped down because of work conflicts, and then Mike's work conflicts prevented him from fulfilling the position.

To 2002 Chapter Educators - Chris and Shirley Stroup
Chris and Shirley Stroup assumed the position after J.R's tenure ended. Chris kept Chapter R winning in the 100% enrollment and Accident Free categories.

Thru 2000 Chapter Educators - Jerry R. (J.R.) Elkins
Jerry R. (J.R.) Elkins who took on the duties of "R" Educator, keeping "R" alive in the District competitions and winning awards through 2000.

1997-1999 - Chuck and Nina Thomas
Chuck and Nina Thomas assumed the duties of Chapter R Educators in 1997, bringing Chapter R to the front once again in District and Region, as we hit 100 % enrollment, Accident free, most improved chapter and lead with the most level 4's in a chapter. They also were named the Chapter Educator of the Year for 1997 at the District Staff Meeting in January 1998. They continued as R Educators until they assumed the duties of District Educators in 1999.

Then in 1996 Mike Barchers and Mat Talmadge assumed the duties of "R" Educator and went on to be named as the First Chapter Educator of the Year for the District of Texas at the January 1997 District Staff Meeting. Shortly thereafter, they were asked to be Assistant Chapter Directors for Chapter "R".
